2-1/4 cups flour
½ tsp. soda
½ cup softened butter
1 cup ripe bananas
2 eggs
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 ¼ cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp brown sugar
¼ cup of whole or 2% milk
Sift dry ingredients together. Set aside. Mix butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, and bananas. Add dry ingredients and milk to the butter, eggs, vanilla, and bananas mixture. Once you have mixed all the ingredients together, pour batter into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
